D E P O S I T  P O L I C Y 

L A S H  M O T I V E  & F I L L  M O T I V E  require deposits when booking an appointment of $25 & $15, respectively. Deposits require the use of Chase Quickpay, Zelle, or Paypal. The deposit amount is applied to service. Deposit is non-refundable. Appointments will not be booked without a deposit.

R E S C H E D U L E  P O L I C Y 

Appointments are encouraged to be rescheduled 48 hours prior to the original appointment. An attempt to reschedule an appointment after 48 hours will be denied.

L A T E  P O L I C Y 

An attempt to reschedule an appointment after 24 hours will be denied. 

Abiding by this policy, any appointment that is 15 minutes late will result in cancellation in respect of the integrity of the service and of others' time.
